Representation & Confidentiality Agreement

1.I understand that I am not formally representing the buyer in any transaction and that my involvement is strictly as a referral source for introducing a buyer. My commission must be built directly into my buyer's submitted offer, and commission will be paid by Rethink Realty after successful closing.
2.I understand that these transactions are executed using Assignment Agreements and not standard CAR forms. I will review the purchase terms and clearly communicate all terms, timelines, EMD requirements, non-refundable deposits, and conditions to any interested buyer prior to submitting an offer.
3.I confirm that I am a licensed real estate agent in good standing and that the DRE number provided is accurate.
4.I will submit a completed W-9 and sign the Finder's Fee Form in order to receive my commission.
